Each black-ringed white marker is an issued permit for a new detached house, attached townhome, or duplex. The layer contains 234 permits / 237 housing units issued from January 6 through April 30, 2026. Click a marker for address, permit number, subdivision, valuation, and contractor.

Hot zone method

The score combines each block group’s income percentile with its youth percentile using a geometric mean. Colors are then assigned by local quintile: the top 20% of valid block groups are purple. An area must still rank well on both income and low median age.

What a polygon means

Accessible colors: the Hot Zone layer uses red → yellow → green → blue → purple, with purple hottest. Hot-zone fills are intentionally opaque. On rollover, the polygon fill is forced to zero opacity so the full street or aerial map is visible. Other layers retain simple primary-color categories. Each colored shape is an actual Census block group. Click it for median income, median age, homeownership, population, and its GEOID. These are statistical boundaries, not invented neighborhood zones.

Postal routes

USPS does not expose downloadable EDDM route polygons through a stable public GIS endpoint. Use the USPS EDDM tool alongside this map for route selection. The next operational step is to record candidate route IDs and address counts, then compare them with the block groups beneath them.
